365abe Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 365abe platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and activities on the 365abe platform. By registering on this website or continuing to use it, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms listed below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 365abe platform.

Important: 365abe is for users aged 21 and above only. Creating or using an account by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

General Provisions

365abe ("we", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh ("you", "user") and are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If any changes are made to these Terms, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the service after such changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

365abe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time without prior notice. However, we will always endeavour to keep any inconvenience to users to a minimum.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on 365abe, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • You must register entirely of your own free will and with full awareness.
  • You are not prohibited from online gaming under the laws of any country.
  • You are not operating an account on behalf of or as a proxy for another person.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed immediately. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect that your account details have been disclosed to a third party, please contact our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your 365abe account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The details provided at the time of deposit must match the information on your registered account.

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a successful request, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds. For security purposes, identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3.3 General Payment Policy

  • All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • 365abe does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals, however the payment provider may apply its own fees.
  • 365abe reserves the right to suspend any payment if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
  • Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳34,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that earnings from the bonus can be withdrawn only after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. If the account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonuses are not transferable to other users.
  • 365abe reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated earnings may be forfeited.
  • Attempting to use a single offer more than once is strictly prohibited.

4.4 VIP Program

365abe has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Promotion is based on regular activity. Cashback is credited to the account once per week and its own withdrawal conditions apply.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

365abe is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. Our games are operated using verified and Provably Fair technology. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using any form of automated bot, software, or script.
  • Colluding with others to abuse bonuses.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
  • Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a server outage, network issue, or other technical reason, 365abe will work to resolve the situation with the utmost fairness. However, 365abe does not bear responsibility for any bet that is cancelled due to an internet connection failure.

Account Closure and Suspension

6.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our live chat or email. If there is any valid balance remaining before the account is closed, it must be withdrawn first.

6.2 Suspension or Cancellation by 365abe

365abe may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Providing false or incomplete registration information.
  • Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
  • Prolonged inactivity of the account.
  • Evidence that the user is underage.

Limitation of Liability

365abe is not liable for financial loss, stress, or any other indirect harm arising from gaming. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. 365abe is not obligated to provide compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical or operational reasons.

Online gaming carries financial risk. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose. Play responsibly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 365abe platform — logos, designs, code, text, graphics, animations — is the exclusive property of 365abe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Content belonging to game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is protected under their own intellectual property laws.

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, 365abe may request additional documentation from a user to verify their identity when necessary. Cooperating with this verification process is mandatory for users.

In the event of changes, a notice will be published on the platform and the date of the change will be noted in the "Last Updated" section.
